Ololade: Our primary objectives were to enhance brand awareness and engagement. While job applications were a secondary goal, they were still an important aspect of the campaign’s success.

Q: What were your initial impressions of the proposed campaign strategy for TikTok and Instagram?

Ololade: Your proposals were very detailed and well thought out. It was clear that CareerBee had a solid understanding of our brand and objectives. The proposed strategies were tailored to our needs and reflected a deep understanding of social media dynamics.

Q: How did you find the planning process of these campaigns with CareerBee?

Ololade: The planning process was seamless, although it was initially a bit challenging to coordinate meeting times due to frequent travels. Despite this, and once we settled on a schedule, the collaboration flowed smoothly.

Q: How did you find the overall execution of the campaign in terms of speed, quality, and efficiency?

Ololade: The execution was great. CareerBee delivered high-quality content promptly and managed the campaign with great efficiency. The videos were engaging and resonated well with our target audience.

Ololade: Communication was one of the highlights of working with CareerBee. They maintained transparency throughout the process and kept us informed at every step. Their proactive approach to updates and feedback loops ensured that we were always aligned.

Q: How did the campaigns impact trivago’s social media presence and career page in terms of reach and engagement?

Ololade: The campaigns significantly boosted our social media presence. As detailed in our reports, we saw a substantial increase in engagement rates. Our follower count grew, and we received numerous inquiries from potential candidates about our open positions. The content was received very well, amplifying our reach beyond our existing audience.

Q: What specific metrics or KPIs were most important for you in evaluating the success of these campaigns?

Ololade: We primarily focused on metrics such as profile visits, engagement (likes, comments, shares), and follower growth. These KPIs were crucial in assessing the campaign’s impact. Additionally, activities on our career website and the number of applications received were important secondary metrics.

Q: How did the campaigns impact the number and quality of applications for the Data Engineer position?

Ololade: We received 22 job applications, with 16 rejections and 6 active candidates still in consideration. While it’s too early to make definitive conclusions about the quality of the applications, the initial results are promising and indicate a positive trend.

Q: Based on your experience, how likely are you to engage in similar collaborations in the future?

Ololade: Very likely. The success of this campaign has demonstrated the value of social media collaborations in enhancing our employer brand and attracting talent.

Ololade: Social media collaboration can be highly effective, especially if the influencer or partner has an audience base that aligns with your target demographic. It’s crucial to choose partners who understand your brand and can deliver tailored, engaging content.
