As a Head of Content Operations (m/f/x), you will lead the French and German Operations teams at a strategic level to achieve company objectives. Your teams will be responsible for the seamless sourcing and processing of all content across all campaign types on the bonial platforms. The main objective is to ensure the timely and accurate publication of all campaigns, maintaining a high-level customer service experience at all times.

Your responsibilities:

  • Main Point of Contact for Strategic Content Topics:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all high-level content initiatives, including staffing, process improvement, and technical enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance and Collaboration:
  • Ensure service quality by implementing and maintaining reliable quality assurance processes, fostering effective collaboration with the P&D departments, and enhancing departmental efficiency by establishing new processes and innovative business practices.
  • Stakeholder for Tool and Process Development:
  • Act as a primary stakeholder for the development, implementation, and rollout of new tools and processes to optimize bonial’s fulfillment activities.
  • Performance and Resource Management:
  • Together with our team leads, evaluate performance, identify training needs, and allocate time and resources to ensure team growth and capability development.
  • Service Level Alignment:
  • Align with team leads and Sales management across markets on SLAs for the bonial services and make informed decisions on where to deviate based on clients’ needs.
  • Capacity Management:
  • Oversee capacity management for all content functions to ensure resources are aligned with demand.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in leading teams within the B2B customer service environment, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
  • Solid technical understanding and interest as well as enthusiasm for online marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams, departments, and the broader organization.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and highly detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to design, implement, and track relevant KPIs within your area of responsibility.
  • Fluency in English (German and French as a plus).
