Must-Have Qualifications:
- Backend Development: Proficient in PHP and willingness to dive into Rust in the future.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and experience with MariaDB or PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases).
- Paradigms: Experience in TDD, Unit-Tests, Integration-Tests, Code-Coverage
- Professional Experience: Proven track record of delivering backend solutions in production environments, with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience leading migrations from one technology stack to another.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end integration.
- Knowledge of Rust
- Experience with GraphQL
