This role is perfect for a seasoned generalist who thrives in fast-paced, low-hierarchy environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats—whether it’s building a product from scratch, talking to customers, or solving complex prioritization challenges.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and a product designer in a small, high-impact team that takes pride in crafting quality solutions for our customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand the Problem: Collaborate with clients and domain experts to deeply understand the challenges faced by both clients and advisors. Work closely with the Product Designer to iterate solutions with clients to ensure we build the best possible product.
  • Scope the Problem: Lead key decisions alongside engineering on how to best solve problems for our clients. Ensure scalability and technical feasibility.
  • Organize & Communicate: Maintain clear visibility on priorities, keeping clients, team members, and partners aligned through proactive communication.

Preferred Experience

  • Startup Experience: Previous role as a Senior Product Manager in startup or scaleup environments, or similar experience focused on building and shipping products.
  • Career Diversity: Experience across multiple companies or environments, ideally including some work in a regulated industry.
  • Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of professional experience in product management.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in the FinTech, Accounting, or Tax space is a plus.

  • Hands-on Mentality: In an early-stage company, there is no delegation—everyone contributes directly.
