As a Principal Product Manager at SAP LeanIX, you will own the product domain for data governance and data cataloging. Working closely with our engineering, UX, and product marketing teams, you will drive the seamless integration of our solutions with SAP’s data management portfolio (e.g., SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Data Sphere). Your strategic vision and customer-focused mindset will ensure that our software continues to lead in data visibility and governance.

• Own the domain of SAP LeanIX’s data capabilities, with a focus on integrating with SAP’s data management portfolio.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap to address customer pain points and drive business objectives.
• Work closely with product marketing to analyze the competitive landscape, identify market opportunities, and shape product positioning.
• Monitor adoption and usage telemetry post-launch to identify opportunities for optimization and rapid product improvement.
• Ensure seamless user onboarding, technical enablement, and product supportability by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.

What Are We Looking For?

• 7+ years in Product Management, ideally within SAP’s Data and Analytics portfolio.
• Proven knowledge of SAP’s data strategy and experience with SAP Data Sphere and SAP BW.
• A track record of developing extensions for standard SAP software solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with UX design, customer success, and sales teams in a SaaS environment.
• A hands-on, agile mindset, with the ability to build capabilities from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable value to customers by aligning features with business transformation needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Business English.
