These are our current challenges and future goals:

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Glow25, you will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, well-documented data models, ensuring data reliability, and enabling self-service analytics across the company. Working closely with analysts, data engineers, and business teams, you will play a key role in shaping the BI landscape from the ground up.

This is where we need your support:

  • Build and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Develop data products, improve data discoverability, and empower business users with curated datasets.
  • Ensure data quality through testing frameworks, validation processes, and documentation.
  • Design performant ELT processes and scalable data architectures.
  • Monitor data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
  • Partner with analysts and business teams to translate requirements into efficient data models that drive insights.

You have the following experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, with some knowledge of Data Engineering or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data transformation tools such as dbt.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling concepts and efficient dataset structuring.
  • Knowledge in data governance, testing, and data quality assurance, including dbt tests and metadata management.
  • Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and support them with data solutions.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or similar.

These are traits that describe you:

  • Commitment to performance: Motivated to develop solutions and drive the company forward with data-driven insights.
  • Self-motivation: You work independently and proactively advance projects.
  • Sense of responsibility: You own your work and projects.
  • Emotional intelligence: You empathize and connect.
  • Communication skills: You can present complex data concepts in a clear and understandable way to different audiences.

That’s something you can look forward to:

  • Flexible working hours and time tracking.
  • Unlimited access to the latest courses on tech, business, leadership, and mental/physical well-being through your Udemy account.
  • Top-notch equipment rented through Grover and conveniently delivered to your home.
  • A generous 40% discount on our entire range in the shop.
  • 30 days of vacation + the option to take up to 10 days of unpaid leave – because sometimes you just need a little break.
  • Company health insurance that covers additional services worth up to €600 per year (e.g., vision aids, dental cleanings, etc.).
  • Glow Card: With your prepaid credit card, you can shop at selected providers in your area. Each month, you’ll receive €50, giving you an annual bonus of €600!
  • After passing your probation period, we offer a company pension plan with an annual contribution of at least €600. And here’s the best part: if you contribute to the plan yourself, we’ll add an extra 20% on top.

Yay! You’ve made it this far!

If you’re still reading, there’s a good chance that we’re a match.

But there’s one more thing we want to say: Don’t hesitate! Especially if you’re a woman, or from an underrepresented group. Even if you don’t check every box, we want to encourage you to apply anyway. We believe that a diverse range of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger – and the stronger our team is, the better we can fulfill our mission of helping people bring more energy into their daily lives.
