Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business, specifically two Vice Presidents and multiple Senior Directors, as well as their organizational needs in our Data Pipelines & Capabilities and Scaled Analytical Products teams.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. This role proactively manages projects and enables team members to perform their roles effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of advanced administrative duties, requiring comprehensive experience and a quick ability to learn company policies and practices.
  • Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage travel schedules for leadership, occasionally working across multiple time zones.
  • Work with full autonomy and a high sense of initiative.
  • Interact with Senior VPs, VPs, Presidents, and their assistants.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel planning, meeting/event management, expense reporting, and VISA applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation varies depending on multiple factors such as office location, role, skills, and experience. P&G’s total rewards include:

  • Salary: $74,100.00 – $92,700.00 / year
  • Bonus (if applicable)
  • Benefits package

Relocation is not paid for this role.
