Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into our database
• Ensure data is error-free and maintain data integrity
• Verify accuracy and completeness of information
• Generate reports and charts as needed using Microsoft Excel
• Communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data
• Keep track of deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Follow all data entry protocols and data protection procedures
• Assist in any other duties related to data entry as needed

Must-have requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of data protection policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
