Team Lead B2B Marketing DACH (m/w/d)

We’re seeking an Employer (B2B) Marketing Team Lead to develop the strategy and integrated marketing plans to achieve our growth goals. You’ll be passionate about crafting a great customer experience and driving revenue with a vision for new ways to grow our business.

Responsibilities

  • You drive the DACH Employer Marketing (B2B) strategy and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing programs (campaigns, events, digital programs, and more) to drive lead generation, acceleration, and conversion
  • You collaborate with HQ-based marketing teams and DACH sales leadership on regional GTM plans and strategies to support sales and marketing objectives and goals
  • You continually track and examine campaign and program performance and derive recommendations for future enhancements and optimization
  • You Localize corporate programs, content, and resources to maximize effectiveness in our DACH markets
  • You have a good sense of content-assets and creation across all types of advertising and media
  • You maintain and grow a thriving team culture and morale and develop the team through a deliberate approach to career and performance management

Skills/Competencies

  • You have an excellent understanding of B2B marketing, incl. demand generation, content management, Account Based Marketing, customer marketing and digital marketing
  • You have outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel
  • You have strong people management capabilities, including development and motivation of high-performance team member
  • You have a personal style that is viewed as open-minded and collaborative and deliver results in a matrixed environment
  • You’re highly digital- and data-driven with proven numerical skills
  • You’re fluent in German and English, oral and written

Salary Range Transparency

Dusseldorf 97,000 – 132,000 EUR per year

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
