2. Live Virtual Workshops

All employees can take part in our online workshops, regardless of their location. Led by recruiting experts and career coaches, the aim is to increase motivation and plan the next steps. There is also enough room for questions.

Our digital workshops are structured in line with the modules of the E-Learning Hub. Each month we offer two workshops on the same module so that your employees have the opportunity to take part in one of the two dates.

Each workshop lasts 1.5 hours.

The content of the workshop is recorded and then shared. This means that employees who were unable to attend live can also access the content at any time.

3. One-on-One Consultations with Experts

Our experts are available to your employees via video call – regardless of their location. We speak German, English and even Spanish.

During the 3 months, we offer a total of 6 consultation days on which you can book a free 20-minute slot to speak to an expert.

These slots are allocated on a first come, first served basis. You can book the appointments online and flexibly. The meetings take place virtually via Zoom Calls.

As a recruiting agency, we actively introduce your employees to potential employers and regularly publish new vacancies on our own job portal.
