Description

The Global Business Solutions team is seeking an Admin Assistant for the Apple Finance Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Team. This person will: – Manage calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones – Staff agenda and meeting preparation and distribution – Support FBPR capital planning process – Arrange domestic and international travel, including travel visas – Arrange group activities and other miscellaneous tasks – Liaise with and proactively support our finance partners – Co-ordinate and collaborate with Executive Admin’s and site Admin’s – Resolve and/or facilitate solutions where opportunity for improvement is needed – Manage and update team organization charts – Project coordination of a variety of projects depending or department or site needs – Management of department equipment and office supplies

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant, progressive experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to problem solve and effectively prioritize workload
  • Great teammate who is willing to assist other team members in getting the job done
  • Proven ability to build effective business partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially as this hire will be liaising with senior Finance leaders
  • Detail oriented and exceptional organization skills
  • Able to exercise good judgment and discretion within Apple’s policies
  • Other financial systems & tools experience: Excel, Powerpoint or Keynote,
  • Extensive experience working with Purchase Orders, Invoices, Budgets, and vendors
