B2B Sales Representative

 

List of Tasks:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and secure contracts with new clients, driving growth in untapped markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Plan, execute, and elevate your sales activities in line with our company’s values and objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing—ensuring you meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new customers in your territory, initiating conversations that build trust and spark interest.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with prospects on a personal level, making them feel confident and connected to our brand.
  • Compelling Presentations: Confidently present our solutions to both individuals and groups, leaving a lasting impression.
  • Decision-Maker Outreach: Schedule and lead impactful meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Needs Analysis: Gather essential information about customer needs to tailor your approach and craft compelling offers.
  • Sealing the Deal: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and secure favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company.
  • Competitor Awareness: Stay informed on competitors’ actions to sharpen your strategy.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales Managers and Business Unit Managers for joint visits and knowledge sharing.
  • CRM Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of your sales activities and progress.

 

Must-have requirements:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: You have a track record of high achievement in B2B sales.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: You’re passionate about sales and motivated by hitting targets.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in German, with a basic knowledge of English as a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic PC tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Driving License: B license required, with driving experience.
  • Positive and Open-Minded: You see challenges as opportunities, embrace diverse perspectives, and communicate diplomatically.
  • Excellent Listener: You understand the power of listening and interpreting customer behaviour to create tailored solutions.

 

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the textile rental business is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to travel
