This position is based in our Munich office.
As a Corporate Communication Specialist, you will support the narrative development of one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies, contributing to our market impact and brand reputation. In this role, you will assist in executing communication activities and handle day-to-day tasks related to press and media relations, executive communication, and internal communications.
As part of our high-performing Brand & Comms team, you will play a vital role in supporting global initiatives that enhance brand awareness and strengthen our reputation among target audiences. You will work closely with the Marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally with various Personio teams to implement communication strategies that align with industry standards.
What you’ll do…
- Executing corporate communication strategies to enhance Personio’s public image (awareness and perception) in alignment with our vision and values across Europe.
- Support the development and maintenance of our executive positioning and communications work, including coordinating speaking engagements and contributing to the messaging matrix.
- Collaborate with PR agency partners to ensure effective communication efforts that are well integrated with other Marketing activities
- Own approval and alignment processes for PR statements.
- Manage internal communication channels, including maintaining Confluence and relevant Slack channels
- Coordinate content and run of shows for our All Hands meetings.
What you need to succeed…
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in international Corporate Communications, including internal communication, ideally at high growth technology SaaS companies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, balancing structure, and creativity.
- Flexibility and adaptability, willingness to learn and grow
