WHAT AWAITS YOU AT MYNARIC
– Design, implement, document, and test embedded software for our laser communications terminals.
– Develop drivers, platform software, and reusable modules for multiprocessor systems.
– Perform hands-on integration and tests with lab equipment on target hardware.
– Collaborate closely with electronics, control systems, and FPGA teams across all development phases, from ideation through bring-up and verification.
– Work in an international, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
– University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field.
– Quick learning and attention to detail.
– In-depth knowledge of real-time embedded systems (CPUs, buses, DMA, cache, timers, interrupts, peripherals) and communication protocols (UART, SPI, CAN, Ethernet).
– Familiarity with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers.
– Clear understanding of hardware abstraction layers and middleware. Experience with robotic or automotive frameworks such as ROS and AUTOSAR is a plus.
– Ability to communicate complex technical topics and thrive in multi-disciplinary teams.
