Lead / Head of Sales Real Estate & Marketplace

With locations in Berlin & Köln and plans to expand across Germany and Europe, we are also growing into a tech-driven platform provider for the future of office spaces.

We are now looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Lead / Head of Sales Real Estate & Marketplace (f/m/x) who will play a key role in accelerating our growth and shaping the future of the workspace market.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting inbound leads to deal closure.
  • Act on inbound leads by analysing, qualifying, and choosing the right communication channel.
  • Consult and educate clients on the value proposition of flexible office solutions.
  • Conduct property tours and deliver engaging, consultative presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring win-win agreements with clients and sustainable profitability.
  • Continuously assess vacancies & profitability at the deal level, collaborating with the management team on pricing & deal optimization.
  • Identify potential clients and proactively engage with outbound outreach.
  • Build, manage, and eventually scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Support Setting’s expansion strategy with market insights, competitor analysis, and local real estate trends.
  • Represent Setting at industry events, property tours, and networking opportunities (up to 25% travel).

Your Profile

  • High energy, people-oriented, and a strong relationship builder.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills — fluent in German is a must.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in real estate, office spaces, hospitality, or B2B2X businesses.
  • Consultative approach to sales with the ability to pitch and educate clients independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercially driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
