Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as an IM Transcend Manager Logistics and Trade Compliance for R&D. The position is available in Beerse, Titusville, Horsham, or Malvern.

As part of the Innovative Medicine Transcend program, you will have the outstanding opportunity to play a key role in modernizing Logistics and Trade Compliance processes. This global transformation program will simplify the ERP landscape from seven systems to one, standardizing processes for efficiency and agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver program objectives related to R&D Logistics and Trade Compliance.
• Collaborate with Transcend GTO workstreams and the Trade Compliance R&D BPO.
• Document key program deliverables, including Business User Stories, Key Design Decisions, Business Process Scenarios & Flows, and Test Scripts.
• Work with R&D Transcend functional pillars to ensure end-to-end solutioning.
• Define and document R&D template standards.
• Support the program from design to go-live and hypercare.
• Engage with business process and product owners of satellite systems for end-to-end integration.
• Act as a change agent for R&D business partners.

Qualifications

Required:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the Pharma supply chain (R&D or Commercial), including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Order Management, Transportation Management, and Trade Compliance.
• Deep expertise in SAP with a focus on Logistics or Global Trade.
• Knowledge of master data processes in SAP.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• A transformational mindset (not status quo).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in documenting business process flows, user stories, and test scripts.
• A global, end-to-end perspective.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a global/regional setting or on a large-scale business transformation program.
• Understanding of Clinical Trial Management.
• Experience with Agile methodology and program deployment, including Jira.
• Certifications: PMI (Project Management Institute), APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).

• Fluent in English.
• Limited travel (<15%).
• Pay Grade: 30.
