Partnership Manager

We are now looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Partner Manager (f/m/x) to join our Product Marketing and Partnership Team. In this role, you’ll lead and execute our partnership strategy across EMEA and North America, helping us expand our partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with e-commerce technology providers, system integrators, and channels.

Your Role & Responsibilities

In your first 3 months, you will:
  • Gain deep expertise in the Productsup platform and partner ecosystem.
  • Understand the sales lifecycle and how partners contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and identify high-potential new partners.
  • Engage partners to generate leads, support joint sales calls, and track deals in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solution Architects.
In your first 6 months and beyond, you will:
  • Expand our partner ecosystem by onboarding new, high-value partners.
  • Own and manage relationships with assigned partners.
  • Develop joint business plans, enablement programs, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance and revenue contribution.
  • Create a repeatable, scalable partner sourcing playbook.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategies, new integrations, and partnership incentive programs.

Your Profile

  • 3-5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management roles within SaaS, cloud, or e-commerce sectors.
  • 2-3 years of experience specifically in an Alliance, Channel, or Partner Manager role is preferred.
  • Excellent commercial and relationship-building skills with a strong business mindset.
  • Customer and partner-centric approach with a focus on delivering business impact.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience as a SaaS Account Executive is a plus.
  • Results-driven, flexible, and highly organized.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
