We are looking for a Principal Recruiter, Executive Search (all genders) to join our Central Talent Acquisition Team at our HQ in the heart of Berlin.

The Global Executive Search team hires the best global leadership talent for the highest levels of leadership for our HQ and brands globally. The team is research focused, with high-level attention to market mapping, attention to detail, and our recruiters have strong business acumen and excellent consultative skills.
As a Principal Recruiter you will be responsible for owning and executing a wide range of different executive-level searches for a number of departments and regions. You will work with our C-level stakeholders to consult and advise on search strategy & recruiting process to ensure we are making excellent leadership hiring decisions.
Your mission:
- Serve as a strategic global partner for hiring managers, offering strategic insights into the external leadership candidate landscape to ensure the recruitment of top global talent for executive roles.
- Share extensive experience and expertise in leadership recruitment, providing guidance on role alignment, best interview practices, candidate experience, and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Lead update meetings for ongoing searches, conduct on-site interviews, participate in debriefs, perform reference checks, and manage the presentation and negotiation of employment offers.
- Train leaders to enhance their talent acquisition skills, particularly at the executive level, and foster an understanding of the nuances involved.
- Actively conduct market mapping, sourcing, and outreach to potential candidates while collaborating with our employer branding team to explore innovative candidate attraction strategies.
- Ensure a personalised and exceptional executive candidate experience, maintaining regular touchpoints with candidates and assisting them with interview preparation.
- Evaluate candidates against business requirements, as well as our Delivery Hero values and Leadership Principles.
- Take ownership of various global succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members on diverse projects aimed at continually elevating the Global Executive team.
Your heroic skills:
- You bring solid experience in executive hiring, possessing knowledge of the global talent landscape, and several years of expertise in advising and influencing executive leadership.
- 5+ years of executive search recruiting experience, covering various departments and regions, both in search firms and in-house roles.
- You possess a deep understanding of executive compensation and a demonstrated track record of utilising market intelligence to shape competitive total rewards strategies.
- You excel in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through various channels.
- You pay close attention to detail and exhibit strong research and business acumen.
- Your inquisitive nature and excellent communication skills set you apart.
- You have a high level of business acumen and can discuss complex business models confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
- You rely on data and research to inform your discussions and decisions.
- You prioritise candidate experience and are committed to delivering quality service and communication.
- You are fluent and an excellent communicator in English.
