We are looking for a Principal Recruiter, Executive Search (all genders) to join our Central Talent Acquisition Team at our HQ in the heart of Berlin.

The Global Executive Search team hires the best global leadership talent for the highest levels of leadership for our HQ and brands globally. The team is research focused, with high-level attention to market mapping, attention to detail, and our recruiters have strong business acumen and excellent consultative skills.
As a Principal Recruiter you will be responsible for owning and executing a wide range of different executive-level searches for a number of departments and regions. You will work with our C-level stakeholders to consult and advise on search strategy & recruiting process to ensure we are making excellent leadership hiring decisions.
