About This Role
We are looking for a talented Product Designer UX/UI (f/m/x) to join our Product Team in Berlin (Hybrid). You will work across cross-functional teams to enhance the community experience through our loyalty, creator, and referral programs.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our Pepper platforms (e.g., mydealz, Dealabs, hotukdeals), iterating on existing features, developing new ones, and providing fresh, validated insights to improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Support product decisions through qualitative and quantitative research insights, identifying opportunities to improve the product experience.
- Work on diverse design challenges, contributing to the future of our platforms.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to iterate on features and develop new ones.
- Provide new concepts and improvements to the user experience, backed by validated insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed documentation to communicate design solutions.
- Craft native app solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience beyond web mirroring.
- Conduct user testing and interviews to generate valuable user learnings.
- Collaborate with global teams to optimize internal processes and communication.
- Work with developers and designers to evolve our Design System and scale design impact.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and expertise in UX/UI design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience in user research to discover, validate, and deliver design concepts.
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining a design system.
- Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools such as Anima, Figma, and/or Framer.
- Familiarity with front-end engineering and the ability to design with implementation in mind.
- Open to constructive feedback and able to explain design decisions clearly.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively in cross-functional, agile teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
