YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You design, implement, execute and continuously improve global processes and tools for people performance development, our employee engagement survey program and our culture initiatives
• You collaborate with local and global HR teams to ensure interlinkage of initiatives with other HR products and ensure successful adoption across all regions
• You define KPIs for your projects/topics and steer them with high ambition
• You steer the execution of engagement and work-effectiveness initiatives by managing tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining communication with stakeholders
• You support global HR Business Partners and management in analysis and interpretation of survey results and in deriving conclusions and measures
• You continuously screen external market best practices and market trends and propose (new) products or product improvements for increased impact

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Professional experience You are experienced in performance, talent, or learning and development, with strong knowledge of best practices in at least one of these areas
• Project management experience You thrive on managing people-focused projects, taking ownership from planning to delivery in dynamic, international environments where no day is the same and love tackling challenges, using creativity and strategic thinking to lead projects and deliver innovative solutions in complex settings
• Analytical skills You possess excellent Excel skills and enjoy diving into data uncovering insights from HR metrics, using them to derive actions that drive results and to measure project success
• IT System experience You are confident navigating HRIS systems and have hands-on experience, ideally with Workday
• Soft skills You have a natural talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders, paired with a results-driven mindset that ensures success
• Communication skills You have very good communication skills in English, fluency in German is a plus
