(Senior) Brand & External Communications Manager (all genders)

Your mission

We are seeking a talented and strategic (Senior) Manager External Communications & Brand. This role is a unique opportunity to build and shape our communications function, working directly with top executives, and collaborating cross-functionally to highlight our success story and our commitment to social responsibility. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on social projects (existing and new ones), bringing their creative vision to a variety of strategic communications initiatives that advance our brand and mission.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead impactful communications projects, including PR statements, company profiles and media features, with the intent of positioning JustPlay effectively in the market by crafting messaging that highlight our success story and aligns with our brand values
• Oversee and nurture partnerships with charitable organizations, acting as the main point of contact for partner charities and representing JustPlay at charitable events, while creating content and campaigns that highlight their missions and our commitment to social responsibility
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop and refine JustPlay’s employer brand strategy across various recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, website), using new content formats and amplifying employee voices and product stories
• Support us in implementing a cohesive tone of voice that reflects our team culture, helping to attract exceptional talent
• Partner with executives to amplify their industry insights, exploring media opportunities such as interviews, podcasts, and articles

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay

• You are have a training or a degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, International Relations, PR, Communications, Marketing, or related areas
• You have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup environment or in non-profit organizations
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging stories
• Prior experience working with or liaising with NGOs or governmental institutions is a strong plus
• You are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for branding and an understanding for the potential of employer branding strategies in attracting talent
• Excellent communication and coordination skills and the ability of managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in content creation, particularly with a focus on employer branding and/or social impact initiatives
