(Senior) Content Marketing Manager – Part Time – All genders

 

We’re seeking a skilled midlevel to Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and drive brand awareness and lead generation through tailored, high-impact content. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset who thrives on creating content for all channels: LinkedIn, Website, Webinars, papers, magazines. You’ll play a key role in shaping our messaging, developing audience personas, and expanding our reach within the Energy and sustainable sector. Tasks

  • Develop and Execute a Content Strategy:

Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, with a special focus on Energy related topics. Ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives and overall brand positioning.Develop Case Studies from our customers, get testimonials, interviews, etc

  • Develop and Building up a Brand

  • Define and Optimize Buyer Personas:

Research and refine buyer personas to ensure all content speaks directly to our target audience. Develop messaging frameworks that address pain points, needs, and motivators, allowing for more personalized and impactful content.

  • LinkedIn and Social Media Strategy:

Build a strategic LinkedIn content calendar to enhance engagement with target personas. Craft posts, articles, and campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive brand authority on LinkedIn and other key platforms.

  • Content Creation and SEO:

Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content across various channels, including blog articles, white papers, case studies, and social media posts. Use storytelling and data-driven insights to make complex topics engaging and accessible.

  • Content Partnerships and Distribution:

Identify and establish content partnerships to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Optimize distribution across channels to maximize reach, leveraging partnerships, syndication, and social media.

  • Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:

Collaborate with product and sales to ensure content aligns with lead generation efforts. Continuously test, analyze, and optimize content performance to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. Generate MQL’s

  • Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Use tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other content management platforms to track content performance and derive actionable insights. Make data-driven adjustments to improve content effectiveness and ROI.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure all content supports broader business goals. Support events, webinars, and other engagement initiatives through tailored content strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in content marketing, content strategy, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B startup environment.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Skilled in developing detailed buyer personas and messaging frameworks.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms; experience in developing LinkedIn-specific content and engagement strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Ahrefs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with energy, Mobility/Telecom or other sustainability-focused industries.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Previous experience in partnerships or business development for content collaboration.
  • You utilize your WordPress skills to manage the company website and content creation process.
  • You lead and manage different advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other channels.
  • You leverage analytics tools like Google Search Console, AHREFS, and Google Analytics to track campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and implement optimizations.
  • You identify, budget, plan and prepare events, panels, speaker slots to generate leads, increase visibility and strengthen our brand.
  • You create and execute repath’s events, such as a global climate adaptation summit and develop new innovative formats that help repath grow.
  • You master and recommend best-in-class CRM tools for marketing automation, including MQL nurturing and development, Email Marketing, Website Management and basic bookkeeping functionalities (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • You conduct performance analyses and track our campaigns, derive insights, and implement optimizations.
  • You contribute your valuable expertise from previous experience in a B2B startup, especially at the seed stage.
  • You lead repath’s marketing efforts with the direct support of an experienced working student.
