About This Role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to join our team in Berlin. Your role will be instrumental in growing and engaging our audience by optimizing CRM channels, driving traffic to our app and web platforms, and ensuring our communication strategies deliver maximum impact and value to our users. You will report directly to the Head of CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer lifecycle journeys and maximize user retention and engagement.
  • Design and execute automated campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Leverage AI tools to build automations, solve complex problems, and drive efficiency.
  • Explore and develop creative strategies to generate new revenue streams via CRM channels.
  • Drive initiatives to grow newsletter subscribers through creative campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor performance and build reporting assets in collaboration with the data team.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align CRM activities with business goals.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in B2C CRM with a proven track record.
  • Experience using AI tools for automation and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lifecycle automation.
  • Strong data analysis skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Creative and innovative approach to campaign creation.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
