Senior Data Analyst – Customer Experience Analytics (all genders)

 

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

You will join the Customer Experience Analytics team. Our main goal is to delve deep into the customer experience, revealing its hidden elements. We are part of the customer care organisation, putting us in a unique position to understand and detect customer issues better and faster than any other team. We empower various teams across the entire organisation to tackle the hidden opportunities that we discover, ensuring a continuously improving experience for our customers. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the CX insight platform, a pivotal asset that will be utilised to decode and enhance the customer experience comprehensively. Your contributions will not only shape our data landscape but also directly influence our ability to understand and elevate every customer interaction.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large and complex datasets. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations to drive business growth and optimization.
  • Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within data. Conduct hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and other statistical techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders. Ensure that data visualisations are intuitive, informative, and tailored to the needs of different audience groups.
  • ETL Process Optimization: Design and optimise ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Self-Service Analytics Enablement: Develop self-service analytics tools and resources to empower stakeholders to access and analyse data independently. Provide training and support to enable users to leverage data effectively in their decision-making processes
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics. Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and enhance our analytical capabilities. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

 

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have a solid understanding of statistical principles and their application in data analysis.
  • You have strong expertise in SQL and Python. You have experience building and optimising data pipelines, as well as applying data modelling techniques to design datasets for Business Intelligence systems. You are familiar with Databricks Spark, AWS.
  • You are familiar with causal inference methods and their application in data analysis.
  • You are adept at tackling complex data challenges, possess strong analytical skills, and can devise efficient, scalable solutions.
  • You are experienced with data visualization tools.
  • You understand the importance of data quality and the implications that issues in data quality can trigger in other teams. At the same time, you understand the tradeoff between complexity and practicality and know when to favor one over the other in your solutions.
  • You excel in a collaborative environment, can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
