Senior Data Engineer

We’re now looking for an A-Player Senior Data Engineer to join our ambitious team in Berlin (on-site only). If you thrive in high-performance environments, move fast, and want to build something extraordinary—this is your opportunity.

Your Role

• Build, manage, and optimize our data infrastructure using Snowflake, dbt, and SQL.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows that power our products and business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
• Work in an early-stage, high-impact environment — from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Wear many hats and take ownership end-to-end without silos or red tape.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and SQL.
• Previous exposure to early-stage (0-1) environments is a big plus.
• Excellent product sense and attention to detail.
• Relentless, driven, and results-oriented — you’re here to win.
• Comfortable in a flat structure, fast-paced culture, and non-stop growth mindset.
• Willingness to work late, on weekends, and when things need to get done. Speed and urgency are in your DNA.
