Your Team

Payrails is a dynamic and fast-growing company, and our Sales Team is at the forefront of engaging with enterprise merchant prospects to drive new revenue generation. Our mission is to:

  • Deeply understand merchant requirements and pain points.
  • Execute effectively while navigating complex solution scopes.
  • Ensure we remain highly relevant to merchants and provide valuable interactions.

As part of our team, you’ll work alongside ambitious and knowledgeable payment professionals, while having the freedom to make your own impact. As our Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by expanding our customer base.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on achieving results.
  • Leverage Your Network: Use your industry contacts to generate leads and facilitate introductions with potential clients.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Engage with Decision-Makers: Identify and prioritize key target accounts and C-level executives, including CFOs.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the founding team to refine sales processes and accelerate growth.
  • Track Performance: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Exceed Targets: Identify and implement effective strategies to surpass sales goals.
  • Inform Product Strategy: Gather customer insights and share feedback with product teams to shape the roadmap.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If:

  • You have 6+ years of experience selling high ACV software products to enterprise customers.
  • You have a proven track record of selling complex solutions to C-level executives, particularly CFOs.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats to drive results.
  • You are a skilled communicator (verbal & written) and can explain complex solutions clearly across different formats—calls, emails, and social media.
  • You are highly organized and adept at managing multiple opportunities in your sales pipeline simultaneously.
  • You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • You are open to traveling to meet clients and build strong partnerships.
