As part of the People Team, you’ll work alongside talented and driven professionals while having the autonomy to make a significant impact. You’ll collaborate across departments, addressing complex hiring needs and shaping the future of Payrails.

What You Will Be Doing

  • End-to-End Hiring: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, forecast talent requirements, and prioritize key roles.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pipeline of top candidates through targeted outreach.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance recruitment workflows for efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with the Marketing team to strengthen our employer brand through campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Use recruitment metrics and market insights to assess hiring performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to create a talent network for future hiring needs.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee external recruitment partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition across various functions, partnering closely with department heads to meet hiring needs.
  • You excel at driving proactive and strategic hiring efforts in a growth environment and have a proven track record of filling critical roles quickly and effectively.
  • You have experience in fast-paced, scaling companies, ideally in tech or startups.
  • You are highly skilled in building and maintaining strong pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques and market research.
  • You can translate business objectives into actionable hiring plans with a solid understanding of workforce planning.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles and priorities effectively.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of influencing senior leadership and hiring managers.
  • You are data-driven, leveraging KPIs to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
