Software Engineer

 

Your projects will include:

  • Live Streaming: Bring horse shows to a global audience by allowing horse shows to broadcast their events from every ring to multiple platforms, like YouTube, Facebook or RingRadar.com, in real time.
  • Centralized Communication Tool: Combine email and SMS into one platform, making it easy for show managers to keep riders, trainers, and staff informed.
  • Olympic Timing Integration: Sync seamlessly with Olympic-grade timing equipment and event scoreboards for accurate results and real-time displays.
  • Mobile App Development: Bring essential features to a mobile app, giving users on-the-go access to key tools and updates.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2+ years of programming experience in a relevant programming language
  • Proficiency in Django and React
  • Experience building and shipping high quality work
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Open to relocating or residing in Palo Alto, CA (we do not offer visa sponsorships at this time)

With a decade of combined experience as software engineers (Google, Meta & Stripe) and background as an international horse rider, we created RingRadar, an all-in-one solution that streamlines every aspect of horse shows. This includes: ticket registration, class scheduling, live scoreboards, online payments, and other logistics.

Within 8 months of launch, we’ve had 300 shows across 20+ states onboarded and are backed by top VCs and 500 Global.

 

  • Salary – $120k-170k/yr + equity
